[LAU] Boss GT-10

It works perfectly with fxfloorboard, except for some details that I
guess that are problems of fxfloorboard itself.
As for the curiosity question, I have no idea. But I'm pretty sure
that Clemens knows it.

I noticed the vendor info stuff wasn't in it so it doesn't look like a realy driver patch, I added vendor info in my patch.
