[LAU] Current Situation Realtime Patch for 2.5.25.1

I'm using gentoo's 2.6.25-r1 tuxonice kernel. There IS a serious
regression wrt the ahci driver. therefore i'm switching back to 2.6.24 

This problem might only byte on my specific hardware configuration 
(nForce 520 + seagate 7200.11 500GB)
