[LAU] Aliki compilation errors

See Aliki's Makefile ("... if you use a libsndfile version without 
support for setting/getting the Ambisonic flags ...") and change the 
related line to "CPPFLAGS += -DNOAMBIS=1" to get rid of the build 
error.
