[LAU] guitarix update

guitarix is a simple Linux amplifier for jack(Jack Audio Connektion Kit)
with one input and two outputs. Designed to get nice thrash/metal/rock
guitar sounds. . . . .

This update is to get more possible settings for Fons Adriaensen jconv.

Now there is a wet/dry slider to mix the output from guitarix with the
output from jconv.

I have also add Prefix for installdir and ladspapath to the makefile, so
you can easy edit it to your need's.
