[LAU] [ANN] seq24 0.9.0 (Rejoicing Rika) is out

its a bit weird how this is not mentioned on the seq24 website
ie http://filter24.org/seq24/

there news has not been updated since 2006..... for a longtime i thought
this project was dead.
