The Uno is supported.  Some old hardware revisions need a firmware
loader to be installed, but if you bought it new, yours is a new one.

This is a horrible bug in the Uno that newer Linux kernels automatically
work around.  In other words, M-Audio has managed to build a device that
works only with Linux.  :-)
