I've downloaded sfArkXTc from:

http://melodymachine.com/sfark.htm

unpacked it. Moved it to /usr/local/bin

right mouse in dolphin on the *.sfark file, open with 
/usr/local/bin/sfarkxtc   (open in terminal!!)

That's it!
