While I'd like to be able to do that at some point in the future, no,
that's not currently doable.  I'm using a software program I wrote
called rove that loads in sound files with libsndfile and handles the
mapping to the monome.  It's very basic (no GUI, all textfile
configuration), but gets the job done.
