Does any such thing actually exist? I remember some years ago someone
had created some patches that turned the existing jack into a video jack
thing, but they weren't accepted since the approach wasn't considered
correct by the jack devs. 

Is that what you are talking about when you say JACK-VIDEO? 

or some later development?

or something not yet in existence?
