[LAU] How to adjust note velocity in a midi file

Hi all,

I've got a bunch of MIDI files that I want to import into rosegarden.
However, all the notes are at max velocity, making it sound kinda
mechanical.

I know that I can adjust the velocity value from within rosegarden, but each
not needs set independantly. And that could take some time...

Is there some kind of application that can adjust the velocity of notes in a
midi file, perhaps reading it from my midi keyboard?
