In the runproc() methods of classes Ladspa_Moogvcf1,2,3  you will find
some lines like:

   if (add) *p1++ += g1 * c4;
   else     *p1++  = g1 * c4;

Replace c4 by c2 and see what you get. Don't try any tricks with
Ladspa_Moogvcf_4 - it's quite hairy.
