At least it should be. Unfortunately I've also had reports of hard 
lockups (kernel oops) when restarting.

We're still trying to pinpoint the exact reason, but the issue seems to 
be located in the kernel drivers, so not much we can do here. Except for 
debugging the kernel modules... anyone?
