[LAU] qjackctl patchbay doesn't work as expected

Hi,

I've load rakarrack and jack_mixer, open patchbay in qjackctl (0.3.4) 
and make new patchbay, I choose to make patchbay as connections.

But the patchbay isn't the same as the connection actually,
midi through, maudiophile 24/96, and virtual raw midi are all connected 
to jack midi in patchbay, but not in the connections :/
