[LAU] How to find out correct parameters for snd-mpu401?

hi,

i am not able to load the snd-mpu401-module ...

i tried a few parameters (p.e. "modprobe snd-mpu401 port=0xb000 irq=11") but 
always get the message:

FATAL: Error inserting snd_mpu401
