I already had all deps installed, but the Fedora command would be:

yum install libxml2-devel portaudio-devel alsa-lib-devel 
libsndfile-devel libsamplerate-devel gtk2-devel liblo-devel \
    jack-audio-connection-kit-devel pulseaudio-libs-devel
