[LAU] [Zynaddsubfx-user] yoshimi bug fixes

Haven't tried Yoshimi yet (probably will, ZynAddSubFX works for me a bit 
but has difficulties generating clean sound), but making the ALSA MIDI 
client name easily configurable (a setting to specify the name, with the 
number name as a default fallback).
