[LAU] [ANN] Bristol 0.50.5 Jack Session Manager Support

Bristol 0.50.5 has been uploaded to sourceforge, it supports the Jack Session Manager 
from the Jack 0.118 SVN distribution. Session saving restarting have both been tested.

The release also contains other unrelated fixes.
