[LAU] Rolling off high frequencies when mastering?

you can't judge mp3 etc, they roll of much earlier due to their perceptual algorithm. Have a look into a spectrum analyzer!
Also, a CD is rolling of REAL SHARP at 22k due to the Nyquist frequency.
