sorry,

qtractor does not support midi-filter/fx (midi_in -> plugin -> midi_out)
plugins at this time. you may have only

a) audio-fx plugins (audio_in -> plugin -> audio_out)
b) midi-instrument plugins  (midi_in -> plugin -> audio_out)
