[LAU] New processor purchase, AMD

I am looking to make a new computer purchase, and have decided
I want a 64bit AMD quad core processor.  Before one gets to the Opterons
which start at about $205, I am looking at these two:

Price: $184.99

That is a $60 dollar difference (prices are from mwave).  For
audio, should I really spend the extra 60 bucks?
