[LAU] Batch conversion from Apple AAC to mp3?

Hi,
   I've got a 10,000 iTunes library in AAC format. I'd like to create
a copy of it in mp3 preserving the directory structure of the original
but in a different location.

   Can I do this in something like sox or some other program? If so how?
