[LAU] supernova v0.2

hi all,

there is a new release of supernova, a multi-processor aware version of
the supercollider server scsynth. it provides most features of scsynth,
the most prominent feature, that is still missing, is non-realtime
synthesis. that will be part of v0.3, though ...
