[LAU] can this be done with audio synthesis languages

I've done a bit with supercollider and it's definitely possible to do 
the sort of thing you are talking about - it has a GUI engine which you 
can program as well as the audio synth server. It would be a lot of work 
though unless you can find something similar which someone has already done.
