[LAU] No ALSA after installing stock Debian kernel

Which Debian kernel are you running? I've been running 2 or 3 different 
Debian kernels here without any ALSA problems.

That bug report #4 above is really old - refers to the Sarge kernel.

Currently running Lenny kernel 2.6.26 on one machine, 2.6.31 or 33 on 
another. ALSA 1.0.17.
