[LAU] normalize from command line

   Sox has been around for a very long time and if I'm not mistaken, it hasn't 
been developed for some time. Ecasound is actively developed. Ecasound as an 
architecture has more advanced features . but for just the normalising I 
suppose there isn't much difference.
