Checking for 'g++' (c++ compiler)                   : /usr/bin/g++ 
Checking for program pkg-config                     : /usr/bin/pkg-config 
Checking for 'lv2-plugin' >= 1.0.4                  : yes 
Checking for 'lv2-gui' >= 1.0.4                     : not found 

The packages are installed and come from one package so if it finds one, it 
should also find the other!
