For a PORTABLE device, MeeGo has these advantages (over 
other Linux distros):

  * Better multi-touch support
  * Better small screen support
  * App stores
  * Better customization features
  * Better machine-level optimizations for both
    performance and power consumption (e.g.
    supports Core2 and Atom... but not Pentium III)
  * Backed by at least 2 large corporations
    (Intel and Nokia)
