The state save/restore lets you restore all instrument selections etc in
play at the time of the save. Parameters is just the basic settings for
yoshimi. The state save thing pre-dates jack session support, so don't get
confused on that point. 0.058.1 doesn't have jack session support, and
state save/restore doesn't handle audio/midi connections.
