Correct, assumed 2.6.39 is able to replace rt-patched kernels.
I guess some of you already use this kernel without any issues,
regarding to real-time.

OT: Thanks to everybody for the hints regarding to 2.6.39. Later today
I'll try to get the kernel's ALSA stable :).
