You're quite right. Unfortunately, when I briefly looked at the wiki a
couple days ago, I did not see an edit button and somehow missed the
link to the login form where one can register, and so assumed the wiki
to be read only. My mistake. I will add what I have in my mailbox and I
encourage others, especially authors, to do the same. Or, if you don't
want to bother but have something you feel is valuable, feel free to
e-mail it me privately.
