The output of the car_sfb() or mod_sfb() function is the source of  
the feedback.  It then becomes the modulation source for the operator  
where 'feedback' appears as the second argument.

Most often the source and destination operators are the same, that  
is, they do feed back on themselves. But in the case of two or three  
algorithms the feedback loop includes two or more operators.
