Hello Cedric, now you're using an onboard card that prefers 2 periods 
per buffer together with an USB card that prefers 3 periods per buffer 
so either of the cards is not configured optimally which could cause 
xruns. I'm not an expert on this but I think you might achieve better 
results with the alsa_in/alsa_out tools.
