[LAU] Presenting LV2 Ankh-Plugins

Hi,
I made some LV2 plugins which I lacked LV2/LADSPA version, mostly no new
ideas but variants of Rakkarack effects - distortion and a 3-band
variant, ranging from soft to pure evil (use with IR plugin for cabinet
simulation) and lightweight 4-band compressor (controls just for cross
freqencies, ratios and thresholds).

Some of you might find I used your code, I hope I got the license &
copyright stuff sorted out all right and you are glad someone found your
work useful.
