[LAU] linux kernel 3 and irq magic script

Hey Fred!

I'm getting *great* results with linux 3.0.6 with `threadirqs' and
also the recent linux 3.0.6-rt17 (both with rtirq 20111007)
Linux-rt was freezing my system as of rt14, but rt17 is working just
perfect, could not have been better. I worked all day yesterday
without any problems, it's simply perfect!
