I made some "polishing" to makefiles, to make easier to package
your programs. Hope you can apply it:
- fix wrong linking order 
- allow other compiler then g++ (for cross-compiling)
- split CXXFLAGS from CPPFLAGS (optimization and pre-processor flags
  should not be mixed)
- don't use ldconfig (does not apply in "build" enviroment)
- remove unneeded -L/usr/lib from LDFLAGS
