And most with a dyscalculia or a mathematically talent are treated as
all the other children. So the child with the dyscalculia is
overchallenged and the talented child unchallenged.

I call myself a spoiled kid because I learned at home e.g. how to speak
my native language. Many children today don't learn this at home
anymore. Children live in need, have migrant backgrounds etc..

"Studies find" that one of the richest European nations does the less
for children in need. This is some years old, but the situation didn't
change:
