Howard Shore, "The Silence Of The Lambs"

Hahn Rowe, "Clean, Shaven"

Angelo Badalamenti, "Wild At Heart"

The Barrons, "Forbiden Planet"

Those tracks would be my references, which may be a trifle stranger than 
the usual picks.
