Trust me, there is a need here:)  I am on a slightly odd distro of Linux at
the moment and what I have is the most up to date I can get at the moment
through repos.

Yes Blender can, and I could do that with a second machine, or heck with
this machine maybe on the same machine easily enough.  But when all that is
wrong is the coloring, it is much easier to use the video and your
excellent program:)
