[LAU] rtaudio 4.0.11 asking for machine/endian.h header file

Hi, the file "soundcard.h" in rtaudio 4.0.11 has a

#include <machine/endian.h>

I don't have that header file on my system and ./configure is thus
failing. Anyone knows from where it should come from?
