[LAU] Ardour: moving tracks up and down ?

Is it also possible to insert new tracks ?  Right click in that area
does not offer this and a right click in the editor only offers to
insert selected region or audio file.

What would be a sync between these two ?  So far it seems that when
tracks are moved in the editor, they are also moved in the mixer window
eg. the operation seems to take in these two places at the same time.
