[LAU] ABX test (was Re: What is the best MP3 encoder?)

Well, 'abx' doesn't work and is dead. There's apparently some python
reimplementation of it, but it uses mercurial and I didn't feel like
dealing with both hg and python.  If there's something that actually works,
I'd definitely like to know what it is.
