It includes an erotic component, that by the way has a lot of

Pedophilic pornography and "normal" pornography are something completely
different, than what is shown by this picture.

You'll find Botticelli paintings that include a comparable kind of soft
erotic too, especially if you compare Botticelli with the gifted comic
drawers, e.g. compare paintings with Kosuke Fujishima's "Oh My
Goddess!".
Closer to the style of the old artists is Richard Corben. I wonder that
comic art often still is garbage, pornography etc. for some people.
Don't google for Kosuke Fujishima or Richard Corben, but take a look at
an art print of Kosuke Fujishima or take a look at the anatomy book of
Richard Corben.

Once people get aware of the talent those drawers have got, they
understand that this comic styles have less to do with a shortage of
niveau.
