[LAU] GMorgan v0.58 available from Sourceforge

Version 0.58 of GMorgan is available from Sourceforge.

* Reformatted the sequencer panel.

* Sequencer scrolls now.

* Added a folder with a
small  program that
converts impro-visor imaginary book
to gmorgan format.
Revised the chord table to accommodate
impro-visor notation.

* A few converted songs are in the
data directory altered for my
preferences.
