I understand then that there is nothing similar (not in development) to rtpmidi for linux? What about jack?
When I say something like rtpmidi I'm talking about midi over a wan network.

Could it be an alternate solution to send MTC from stage to Front of house in concerts (typically 30mts) to sync automatization?
