You should post the messages.

On the left side, below QjackCtl's "Start" button, there's the
"Messages" button. Click it, select the "Messages" tab, click inside the
window, push Ctrl+A (select all), then Ctrl+C (copy), click into your
Thunderbird's editor window and push Ctrl+V (paste).
