Hardcore:

$ yaourt -S "package"

When asked to edit the PKGBUILD in my experience, it's usually ok to
reply with "no".

Using FreeBSD and compiling from a FreeBSD port is much more
complicated, OTOH, using yaourt for Arch Linux is disputed ;).
