Using several identical cards for MIDI, I e.g. use 2 identical Envy24
cards for MIDI, is a PITA with Linux.

MIDI connections for the two TerraTec cards have to be made manually all
the times, automatically restore of MIDI connections is/or at least
seems to be impossible.
