Just out of curiosity, in what way did Michelangelo used artistic tools
in an absurd unusual way?

You mention a common work-flow with proprietary GUI software and
mentions that you expect such a work-flow for your special, unusual
"Michael Angelo" alike Linux work-flow. Your claims are illogical, your
questions are cloudy.

Actually you never asked a smart question. A lot of people try to
answer your questions and you just got arsey to them.

What "comparative shells" did you use with Ubuntu? What are you talking
about? How could we help you, if just claim something without gioving
more information.

If you wish to configure your real-time capable Linux usable, then
there isn't much choice, even not for Michelangelo alike genii.

You still seems not to understand how command line does work, since
this sentence doesn't make sense. It's one of your illogical claims. If
you are willing to learn how to use command line tools, then it's the
same as learning how to write scripts. This aren't two separated things.
