Chris, you're not wrong, of course, but he said "automatically".

Qjackctl's patchbay can be used to automatically redirect everything that goes
to an output, also to another one.

I use it to have everything that goes to out 1-2 (the main outputs),
to be sent also to out 7-8 (the headphone outputs) on my 1818VSL.
