Found a solution:

 xterm -e 'xwit -iconify ; jack_capture --meterbridge --timemachine --port
system:playback_1 --port system:playback_2'

(BTW, you don't need to add the "--port system:playback_1 --port
system:playback_2" options, since those are the default values)
